About the Book
After a long and difficult divorce, Jacey thinks the worst is over. Little does she know she'll soon be forced to go undercover to protect her family, and in the process, she'll risk losing her identity, her future, and her heart. With a lightning pace, a good dose of humor, and a plot that's full of suspense, this thrilling novel is an edge-of-your-seat read.

I mainly read romance, but I love a good thriller, too, and The Alias definitely took me on a ride. It really is a fast paced book without a slow spot in the story. For me, parts of the story hit close to home because of being raised by a mother and a stepfather who was emotionally and physically abusive to her and me. But in no way was the story a downer, it was completely the opposite. My heart went out to Jacey and her son, and I cheered when her nightmare was finally over and she was able to opened herself up to love again, and then was blessed with a man who would never hurt her. Every woman should be so blessed.
